A: With CD's BrdU Cell Proliferation Assay Kit, mouse monoclonal antibody is used to detect the BrdU in a sample. After addition of goat anti-mouse IgG-peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody, substrate and stop solution, the amount of BrdU is determined. The higher the OD, the higher the BrdU concentration in the sample.
