Animals were immunized with the bacterial antigenic subgroup Knoxville 1. Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells. The antibody reacts with a surface antigen on 2 of the 10 antigenic subgroups of L. pneumophila.Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox).
