Animals were immunized with naked Salmonella minnesota to which had been adsorbed a mixture of neutral glycolipids from human type O erythrocytes. Spleen cells were fused with NS-1 myeloma cells. At 37C, this antibody agglutinates type O and A2 but not type B or A1 erythrocytes. Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox).
