A: Immunogen used to generate this antibody was Fibrin alpha chain, and this antibody has cross-reactivity to fibrinogen as well.
Q: Has DMABT-Z59493 been tested for IHC?
A: This antibody was tested in ICC on cells, not tested in IHC. It might work for IHC frozen but for paraffin-embedded sections, antigen retrieval will be required. End-user has to optimize for use in IHC frozen as well as paraffin.
