Antigen Description
Picoxystrobin is an enoate ester that is the methyl ester of (2E)-3-methoxy-2-[2-({[6-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl]oxy}methyl)phenyl]prop-2-enoic acid. It is a cereal fungicide used to control a wide range of diseases including brown rust, tan spot, powdery mildew and net blotch. It is an aromatic ether, an enoate ester, an enol ether, an organofluorine compound, a member of pyridines and a methoxyacrylate strobilurin antifungal agent, has a role as a mitochondrial cytochrome-bc1 complex inhibitor and an antifungal agrochemical.
