CABT-ZB1169P is recommended for use as a detection antibody when paired with CABT-ZB1168 as a capture antibody.
Evolocumab (Repatha) is a fully human IgG2 lambda antibody. It has been approved for treating selected patients with high cholesterol, and for the prevention of heart attack and stroke. The drug prevents the PCSK9 protein binding to the low density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR), thereby increasing the number of LDLRs available and lowering LDL levels.
