Intended Use

The Mouse thyroglobulin IgG/IgM ELISA Kit is designed for the Semi-quantitative analysis of Mouse Serum, plasma samples.

General Description

A thyroglobulin antibody (TgAb) is an antibody that the immune system produces to attack the protein thyroglobulin, a normal component of thyroid cells. A blood test measures these antibodies, and elevated levels can indicate autoimmune thyroid conditions like Hashimoto's thyroiditis or Graves' disease, or they may interfere with thyroglobulin (Tg) level measurements used to monitor differentiated thyroid cancer.
