This product (Catalog No. CABT-L1312W) is a rat-derived monoclonal antibody raised against mouse PCDHGA9. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PCDHGA9 from rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Protocadherin gamma subfamily A, 9 (PCDHGA9) is a member of the clustered protocadherin family, which belongs to the cadherin superfamily of cell–cell adhesion receptors. The clustered protocadherin genes, classified into alpha (a or α), beta (b or β) and gamma (g or γ) clusters, are organized in tandem in the human genome. CABT-L1312W is suitable for use in IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100) application. CABT-L1312W is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.1% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
