General Notes
This product (Catalog No. CABT-L1484W) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against mouse Mouse ATRN, targeting the amino acid region 1350–1376 of the protein. Attractin is a human glycoprotein encoded by the ATRN gene on chromosome 20p13, existing as both membrane-bound and secreted isoforms that function in immune regulation, cell adhesion, myelination, and energy homeostasis. The secreted isoform, a 175-kDa protein rapidly expressed on activated T lymphocytes and released into the extracellular space after 48–72 hours, belongs to the CUB family of cell adhesion and guidance proteins and exhibits dipeptidyl peptidase IV-like (DPPIV/CD26) enzymatic activity. It plays a critical role in initial immune cell clustering during inflammatory responses and may regulate the chemotactic activity of chemokines, facilitating monocyte-T cell interactions without directly promoting proliferation.
CABT-L1484W is suitable for use in ELISA application.
CABT-L1484W is supplied as a lyophilized formulation. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
