Intended Use

The Mouse Anti-Neuronal Nuclear AutoAntibody 2 ELISA kit is designed for the Semi-quantitative analysis of Mouse Serum, plasma samples.

General Description

Anti-Neuronal Nuclear AutoAntibody 2 (ANNA-2), also known as anti-Ri, is an autoantibody found in patients with a neurological disorder, strongly suggesting an underlying autoimmune paraneoplastic syndrome (a neurological disorder caused by an unseen cancer). It is particularly associated with breast and lung cancer, especially in women, and may be linked to neurological issues like opsoclonus-myoclonus syndrome, cerebellar ataxia, and jaw dystonia.
