Contents of Kit
500T Format As An Example:
1. 20× Wash Buffer: 100 mL×3. Dilute every 100 ml of buffer reagent with 1900 ml of deionized water to make 1x wash solution, which is used for preparing sample dilution, diluting secondary antibodies, and washing.
2. Sample Dilutant: 5 g×8. Before the experiment, add 100 ml of wash solution to each bag to prepare a 5% sample dilution solution, used for antigen membrane blocking and sample dilution, with 15 ml required per membrane.
3. Chromogen: 125 mL×2. Use an appropriate amount after equilibrating at room temperature, and apply it directly by covering the membrane; 15 ml is required for each membrane.
4. AP Conjugate: 0.3 mL. Dilute with wash solution at a 1000-fold dilution. Take 15 μl for each membrane and add it to 15 ml of wash solution.
5. BV + Control Cut-off: 0.5 mL. Take an appropriate amount and dilute it with the sample (1:5) before use, for use in indicator staining. Terminate the reaction when the image shows a "+" (approximately 2-5 minutes).
6. Positive Control STLV+: 0.5 mL. Take an appropriate amount and dilute it with the sample (1:5) before use.
7. Negative Control NC: 0.5 mL. Take an appropriate amount and dilute it with the sample (1:5) before use.
8. DIA Antigens Membrane: 20. Operation must be conducted wearing rubber gloves. Each membrane is for 27 samples (including controls). Unused membranes should be sealed in self-sealing bags and stored in a dry place.
9. Filter Paper Strips: 600. It is used to adsorb the test serum, covering the corresponding group of antigen spots on the antigen membrane, for the first step of antigen-antibody reaction.
10. Filter Paper Pad: 25. When affixing the membrane, it is placed beneath the antigen membrane to maintain the membrane's moisture during the first step of the antigen-antibody reaction.
