General Notes
Clone SFB900 recognizes the B isoform of the mouse paired immunoglobulin-like receptor (PIR-A and PIR-B) antigen, a single-pass type I membrane protein which is also known as leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor 3 (LIR-3). The recommended dilution of the antibody for staining is 1:50. Cells should be stained prior to fixation, if formaldehyde is used as a fixative. Clone SFB900 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
