Clone SFB538 recognizes the human SH2 domain-containing leukocyte protein of 76 kDa (SLP-76) regardless of phosphorylation status. The antibody is suited for staining of formaldehyde-fixed cells and the recommended dilution is 1:11. Clone SFB538 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
