The recommended antibody dilution for labeling of cells and subsequent analysis by flow cytometry is 1:11
General Notes
NKp80 is an 80 kDa homodimeric surface molecule and belongs to the family of C-type lectin-like receptors. It is expressed on all human natural killer (NK) cells and a small subset of effector memory CD8+ T cells. NKp80 stimulates NK cell cytotoxicity and cytokine release and appears to co-operate with other triggering receptors to induce optimal NK cell activation upon interaction with potential target cells. The ligand of NKp80 is AICL (activation-induced C-type lectin), also called CLEC2B. The recommended dilution of the antibody for staining is 1:50. Cells should be stained prior to fixation, if formaldehyde is used as a fixative.
