We recommend the following antibody pair to develop a pharmacokinetic (PK) bridging assay to measure free drug: CABT-ZB207 - CABT-ZB208 CABT-ZB207 is recommended for use as a capture antibody when paired with CABT-ZB208 as a detection antibody. Infliximab with the brand name of Remicade, is a chimeric monoclonal IgG1 antibody. It binds to TNF-α, which is a key proinflammatory cytokine involved in chronic inflammatory diseases. Infliximab functions as TNF-α blocker to disrupt the interaction of TNF-α with its receptors.
