Clone SFB682 recognizes the human IL-17RC antigen, a single-pass transmembrane protein belonging to the IL-17 cytokine family. The recommended dilution of the antibody for staining is 1:11. Cells should be stained prior to fixation, if formaldehyde is used as a fixative. Clone SFB682 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
