Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application.
Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

A titer ELISA of mouse IgG2b. The plate was coated with different amounts of mouse IgG2b. 1:10000 dilution of Anti-Mouse IgG2b(Fcγ Fragment specific) VHH (Biotin) was used as the primary antibody. An HRP conjugated streptavidin as the secondary antibody.
