General Notes
This antibody recognises Ibritumomab in Western blots and direct ELISA. Ibritumomab tiuxetan (Zevalin) is a radioimmunotherapy agent that combines a murine IgG1 monoclonal antibody with the radioactive isotope yttrium-90. It is approved for the treatment of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The drug targets the CD20 antigen on B cells, delivering targeted radiation to induce cell death in malignant cells while minimizing damage to surrounding healthy tissue.
