This product (Catalog No. CABT-L1287W) is a mouse-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human Wnt-7a. Wnt family member 7A (WNT7A) is a secreted signaling protein belonging to the Wnt family, which plays a crucial role in regulating embryonic development, cell proliferation, and tissue patterning. WNT7A activates canonical and non-canonical Wnt signaling pathways by binding to Frizzled receptors and co-receptors, leading to downstream modulation of β-catenin–dependent transcription and cytoskeletal organization. It is particularly important in limb development, reproductive tract differentiation, and neural patterning during embryogenesis. Aberrant expression of WNT7A has been associated with various cancers and developmental abnormalities, highlighting its significance in growth regulation and disease pathogenesis.
CABT-L1287W is suitable for use in ELISA(Cap), lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA), CLIA applications.
CABT-L1287W is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
