The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human UNC13A Monoclonal Antibody (clone 351128H22, product code DMAB-CPT523) is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically designed to recognize human UNC13A (Unc-13 homolog A), also known as Munc13-1 or KIAA1032. UNC13A is a presynaptic active zone protein involved in synaptic vesicle priming and neurotransmitter release regulation. This antibody is suitable for detecting native human UNC13A in immunoassay formats and is provided in an unconjugated form for flexible assay development. This product is recommended for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, capture format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT523 (capture) with DMAB-CPT524 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a validated working range of 0.156–2.5 ng/mL. It is supplied for research use in immunoassay development and quantitative protein analysis applications. The antibody is optimized for CBA-based detection systems and may be further adapted for related immunological assays depending on experimental conditions. DMAB-CPT523 is produced as a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody and purified using Protein A affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only, without stabilizers or preservatives. Each vial contains 100 μg of antibody. For long-term preservation, the product should be stored at −80°C.
