General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT754) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human TRIM54. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TRIM54 (Tripartite motif-containing protein 54) is also names as MURF, MURF3, RNF30. The expression of TRIM54 is required for skeletal myoblast differentiation and myotube fusion. It is expressed in heart and skeletal muscle specifically (PMID:11243782). It has two isoforms with the molecular weight of 40KDa and 45KDa. It can be dimerizated and hetero-dimerizated to form homooligomer and heterooligomer.
DMAB-CPT754 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.625-20 ng/mL) application.
DMAB-CPT754 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
