General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT904) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human TNFSF4. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The OX40 ligand (OX40L), also known as CD252 or TNFSF4, is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily that serves as the primary ligand for the OX40 receptor (CD134, TNFRSF4), a costimulatory molecule expressed on activated T cells. This interaction provides essential costimulatory signals that enhance T cell activation, proliferation, survival, and differentiation during adaptive immune responses. DMAB-CPT904 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.313-40ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT904 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
