The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human SLC25A3 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341165B22, product code DMAB-CPT448) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human SLC25A3 (Solute Carrier Family 25 Member 3), also known as the mitochondrial phosphate carrier protein. SLC25A3 is an essential inner mitochondrial membrane transporter responsible for phosphate import into mitochondria, thereby supporting ATP synthesis and cellular energy metabolism. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human SLC25A3 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, detection format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT447 (capture) with DMAB-CPT448 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of SLC25A3 in biological samples and optimized for robust CBA-based immunodetection workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity. DMAB-CPT448 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. The product is shipped with ice packs to ensure stability during transport. Upon receipt, it should be immediately stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
