General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1158) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human RPP30. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RPP30 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Ribonuclease P protein subunit p30 (RPP30) is a highly conserved, 30 kDa protein component of the ribonucleoprotein complex RNase P, which is essential for processing pre-tRNA molecules by cleaving their 5'-ends. It is a critical housekeeping gene involved in RNA maturation, DNA repair, and genome stability, and is frequently used as an internal reference gene in scientific assays due to its stable expression. DMAB-CPT1158 is suitable for use in CBA(Det), ELISA(Det) applications. DMAB-CPT1158 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
