General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT744) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human RPN1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RPN1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Ribophorin I is an essential, highly conserved type I integral membrane protein located in the rough endoplasmic reticulum (RER) of eukaryotic cells. As a key subunit of the oligosaccharyltransferase (OST) complex, it binds ribosomes to the RER membrane and facilitates co-translational protein translocation, glycosylation, and folding. It also acts as a chaperone that recognizes misfolded proteins. DMAB-CPT744 is suitable for use in Sandwich ELISA (78.1-5000 pg/mL) application. DMAB-CPT744 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
