The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human RAB32 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341426G2, product code DMAB-CPT442) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human RAB32 (Ras-related protein Rab-32). RAB32 is a member of the Rab GTPase family involved in regulating intracellular vesicle trafficking, mitochondrial dynamics, and endolysosomal transport pathways, and plays important roles in cellular homeostasis and organelle function. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human RAB32 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in sandwich ELISA (detection format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT441 (capture) with DMAB-CPT442 (detection), enabling highly sensitive sandwich ELISA detection with a working range of 0.156–10 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of RAB32 in biological samples and optimized for robust ELISA-based immunodetection workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity. DMAB-CPT442 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. The product is shipped with ice packs to ensure stability during transport. Upon receipt, it should be immediately stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
