General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1149) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human PRADC1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Protease-associated domain-containing 1 (PRADC1), also known as C2orf7, is an enigmatic secretory protein widely expressed in humans and mice. C2orf7 is a ∼30-kDa N-glycosylated secretory protein with a protease-associated domain. DMAB-CPT1149 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (1.25-80 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT1149 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
