General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1099) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human OTULIN. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. FAM105B, officially redesignated as OTULIN (OTU deubiquitinase with linear linkage specificity), is a human gene located on chromosome 5p15.2 that encodes a member of the peptidase C65 family of ubiquitin isopeptidases. This enzyme specifically cleaves linear (Met1-linked) polyubiquitin chains, thereby regulating key cellular processes such as NF-κB signaling, inflammation, and immune homeostasis by preventing excessive ubiquitination of target proteins within the linear ubiquitin chain assembly complex (LUBAC). Expressed ubiquitously across tissues, including bone marrow and skin, OTULIN functions primarily in the cytoplasm and cytosol to maintain balanced inflammatory responses.
DMAB-CPT1099 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (3.13-100 ng/mL) application.
DMAB-CPT1099 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
