General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT764) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human NLRP10. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. NLRP10 is a member of the NALP protein family typically contain a NACHT domain, a NACHT-associated domain (NAD), a C-terminal leucine-rich repeat (LRR) region, and an N-terminal pyrin domain (PYD). NLRP10 likely plays a regulatory role in the innate immune system. The protein belongs to the signal-induced multiprotein complex, the inflammasome, that activates the pro-inflammatory caspases, caspase-1 and caspase-5.
DMAB-CPT764 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (2.5-20 ng/mL) application.
DMAB-CPT764 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
