General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1190) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human NELF. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. NSMF, also named as NELF (Nasal embryonic LHRH factor), couples NMDA-sensitive glutamate receptor signaling to the nucleus and triggers long-lasting changes in the cytoarchitecture of dendrites and spine synapse processes. NELF plays a major role in promoter-proximal pausing, a widespread phenomenon during early transcription elongation. DMAB-CPT1190 is suitable for use in CBA(Det), ELISA(Det) applications. DMAB-CPT1190 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
