General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1106) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human NEDD1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. NEDD1 (NEDD1 gamma-tubulin ring complex targeting factor), also known as GCP-WD. It is expected to be located in centrosome; nucleoplasm; and plasma membrane. Required for mitosis progression. Promotes the nucleation of microtubules from the spindle. The molecular weight of NEDD1is 72 kDa. DMAB-CPT1106 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (3.13-100 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT1106 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
