General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT767) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human MS4A12. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. MS4A12 (Membrane Spanning 4-Domains A12) is a protein-coding gene, specifically expressed in normal colonic epithelial cells (colonocytes) and maintained in about 63% of colon cancers. It acts as a colon-selective store-operated calcium (Ca2+) channel that promotes malignant cell processes such as proliferation, motility, and invasion. DMAB-CPT767 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.625-20 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT767 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
