Melanocortin 2 receptor accessory protein 2 (MRAP2) is a single-pass transmembrane protein encoded by the MRAP2 gene located on chromosome 6q14.2 in humans, which functions as a modulator of melanocortin receptors (MCRs), a family of G protein-coupled receptors involved in diverse physiological processes including energy homeostasis and pigmentation. CABT-L1522W is suitable for use in ELISA application. CABT-L1522W is supplied as a lyophilized formulation. Reconstitute with 50 μl of distilled water for the equivalent of undiluted antiserum. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
