General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1068) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human MOSPD2. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. MOSPD2 is a 518-amino acid protein containing an N-terminal CRAL/TRIO domain, a major sperm protein (MSP) domain, and a potential C-terminal transmembrane domain. MOSPD2 is a member of the vesicle-associated membrane protein-associated protein (VAP) family and one of the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) receptors that function as tether proteins to bridge ER and other organelles to build contacts. DMAB-CPT1068 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.78-100 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT1068 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
