General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1147) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human MAGEA3. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. MAGEA3 is a member of the MAGEA family, which belongs to chromosome X-clustered cancer/testis antigens. MAGEA3 is expressed in various human cancers including melanoma, brain, breast, lung, thyroid, colorectal, gastric, pancreatic and ovarian cancer. The aberrant expression of MAGEA3 is associated with poor clinical prognosis in many tumor types. DMAB-CPT1147 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.625-40 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT1147 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
