The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human LAMP-5 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341213G23, product code DMAB-CPT486) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human LAMP-5 (Lysosome-Associated Membrane Glycoprotein 5). LAMP-5 is a member of the lysosomal-associated membrane protein family and is involved in lysosomal membrane integrity, vesicle trafficking, and intracellular degradation pathways, contributing to cellular homeostasis in specialized immune and neuronal contexts. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human LAMP-5 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, detection format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT485 (capture) with DMAB-CPT486 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 1.25–20 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of LAMP-5 in biological samples and optimized for robust CBA-based immunodetection workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity. DMAB-CPT486 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody.
