General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1045) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human KRT77. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Keratins are intermediate filament proteins responsible for the structural integrity of epithelial cells and are subdivided into epithelial keratins and hair keratins.The KRT77 gene is a type II epithelial cell α-keratin gene family member that is expressed in the skin and eccrine sweat glands. KRT77 has N- and C-terminal domains and a central rod domain consisting of 4 alpha-helical regions separated by 3 nonhelical linker sequences. DMAB-CPT1045 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.625-40 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT1045 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
