The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human ITGB3 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341303C7, product code DMAB-CPT449) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human ITGB3 (Integrin Subunit Beta 3). ITGB3 is a transmembrane receptor subunit that forms integrin complexes such as αIIbβ3 and αvβ3, which are essential for cell adhesion, platelet aggregation, angiogenesis, and signal transduction. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human ITGB3 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development.
This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, capture format) as part of a matched antibody pair system.
