General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1159) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human GSTT2B. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. GSTT2B (Glutathione S-Transferase Theta 2B) is a protein-coding gene belonging to the theta class of the glutathione S-transferase (GST) super-family, which catalyzes the detoxification of reduced glutathione to various electrophilic and hydrophobic compounds. It is nearly identical to GSTT2, plays a role in cellular detoxification, and is associated with cancer risk. DMAB-CPT1159 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.78-100 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT1159 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
