General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT780) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human GLP-1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ZGLP1, also known as GLP-1, is a nuclear protein containing two zinc fingers, one of which is highly homologous to the conserved GATA zinc finger DNA binding motif. It is a transcriptional repressor that plays a central role in somatic cells of the gonad and is required for germ cell development. DMAB-CPT780 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.078-1.25 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT780 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
