General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT851) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human GCNT1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Glucosaminyl (N-acetyl) transferase 1 (GCNT1, also known as C2GNT1), is a glycosyltransferase enzyme that plays an essential role in the formation of core 2 branched O-glycans that is crucial to the final definition of O-glycan structure (PMID: 37813880). GCNT1 promotes the growth of prostate tumors and regulates oncogenic gene expression pathways that are important for disease progression. DMAB-CPT851 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.625-20 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT851 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
