The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human G3BP2 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341386E7, product code DMAB-CPT513) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human G3BP2 (GTPase-Activating Protein-Binding Protein 2). G3BP2 is an RNA-binding protein that plays a central role in stress granule assembly, mRNA metabolism, and regulation of cellular stress responses, and is also involved in signaling pathways associated with cell proliferation and antiviral defense mechanisms. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human G3BP2 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development.
This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, capture format) and sandwich ELISA (capture format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT513 (capture) with DMAB-CPT514 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection. It is suitable for quantitative detection of G3BP2 in biological samples and optimized for robust immunoassay workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity.
