General Description

Fibronectin is present in the extracellular matrix and tissues of the body, and plays an important role in cell adhesion, extracellular matrix assembly, wound repair, and cell migration. The normal concentration of Fibronectin in human plasma is 200-400mg/L, but this level may increase or decrease in certain diseases or inflammatory states. Additionally, Fibronectin levels may vary in different types of cancers. For example, Fibronectin levels are typically higher in liver and ovarian cancer than in normal tissue, but lower in kidney and pancreatic cancer.

Standard Curve

This product has been tested by Quality Control Department and meets performance specifications mentioned in the manual. (The humidity in the laboratory is 20%-60%, and the temperature is 18°C-25°C. TMB was balanced to 37°C before color development, and incubated at 37°C for 15 minutes in the dark after adding the enzyme label plate holes.)
