This product (Catalog No. CABT-L1285W) is a mouse-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human FGF18. Fibroblast growth factor 18 (FGF18) is a member of the fibroblast growth factor family that plays an important role in cell proliferation, differentiation, and tissue development. FGF18 is involved in regulating embryonic skeletal formation, cartilage growth, and organ morphogenesis by activating FGF receptor–mediated signaling pathways, including MAPK/ERK and PI3K/AKT cascades. It is predominantly expressed in developmental tissues and is also associated with cartilage homeostasis and repair processes in adults. Dysregulation of FGF18 signaling has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including tumor progression and developmental disorders, making it a potential target of interest in regenerative medicine and oncology research.
CABT-L1285W is suitable for use in ELISA(Cap), lateral flow immunoassay (LFIA), CLIA applications.
CABT-L1285W is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
