The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human EFNA2 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341362B3, product code DMAB-CPT497) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human EFNA2 (Ephrin-A2). EFNA2 is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored membrane protein belonging to the ephrin ligand family, which interacts with Eph receptors to regulate cell–cell communication, axon guidance, angiogenesis, and tissue patterning during development. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human EFNA2 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development.
This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, capture format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT497 (capture) with DMAB-CPT498 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.313–10 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of EFNA2 in biological samples and optimized for robust CBA-based immunodetection workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity.
DMAB-CPT497 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. It is stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
