General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1070) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human DSC3. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Desmocollin-3 (DSC3), also known as CDHF3 and DSC4, is a member of the cadherin superfamily of calcium-dependent cell adhesion molecules and a major component of desmosomes. It has 2 isoforms with molecular masses of 100 and 93 kDa. It is particularly expressed in the vagina, testis, skin, oral mucosa and esophagus. Its subcellular localization is at the cell membrane. Post-translational modifications, including glycosylation, have been described. DMAB-CPT1070 is suitable for use in Sandwich ELISA (78.1-5000 pg/mL) application. DMAB-CPT1070 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
