The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human CTAGE5 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341373H23, product code DMAB-CPT459) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human CTAGE5 (Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma-Associated Antigen 5). CTAGE5 is a Golgi-associated protein implicated in vesicular transport and protein secretion processes, particularly in collagen export and endoplasmic reticulum-to-Golgi trafficking pathways. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human CTAGE5 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, capture format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT459 (capture) with DMAB-CPT460 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.156–10 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of CTAGE5 in biological samples and optimized for robust CBA-based immunodetection workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity. DMAB-CPT459 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. The product is stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
