General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT997) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human CRIP1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CRIP1 also known as CRIP, CRP1, belongs to the LIM/double zinc finger protein family. CRIP1 has a unique double zinc finger motif, which is mainly expressed in the intestine, and may be involved in intestinal zinc transport (PMID: 31312368, 1946385). CRIP1 is overexpressed in immune cells of the epithelium and may play an important role in gut immunity. DMAB-CPT997 is suitable for use in Sandwich ELISA (46.88-3000 pg/mL) application. DMAB-CPT997 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
