General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT918) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human COPS8. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. COPS8 is one of the eight subunits of COP9 signalosome, a highly conserved protein complex that functions as an important regulator in multiple signaling pathways. The structure and function of COP9 signalosome is similar to that of the 19S regulatory particle of 26S proteasome. COP9 signalosome has been shown to interact with SCF-type E3 ubiquitin ligases and act as a positive regulator of E3 ubiquitin ligases. DMAB-CPT918 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.625-40 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT918 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
