General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT944) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human CMTM6. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CMTM6 (CKLF-like MARVEL transmembrane domain-containing protein 6) is a key protein regulator that binds to and stabilizes the immune checkpoint molecule PD-L1 on the cell surface, preventing its degradation by lysosomes. Known as a "master regulator" of PD-L1, it facilitates tumor immune evasion, making it a significant target for cancer immunotherapy and a prognostic biomarker for poor outcomes in various cancers.
DMAB-CPT944 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (2.5-80 ng/mL) application.
DMAB-CPT944 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
